FAQ

## All questions & answers

### General questions

### How can I book the tour?

You can book the tour by going to our tour page and entering your details in the form. Afterwards you will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your booked tour. That's it! If you want to book the tour for groups larger than 12 people, please contact us via our contact form.

### In what languages do you offer tours? Is there also a tour in Spanish?

Most of our tours are held in English, and our daily free walking tours also run in Spanish and German. If you would like to enjoy one of our tours in another language, you can request a Private Prime Tour in your preferred language via our private experience page.

### How can I find the guide at the meeting point?

Follow the Google Maps link in your confirmation email. When you arrive at the meeting point, look out for a yellow PRIME TOURS umbrella. This is your guide!

### Can I call the tour guide?

During the tour you cannot call the guide. If you need help, please send an email to the Prime Tours service team (bookings@primetours.at) or call us on +43 1 3911122.

### What happens if I lose the guide during the tour?

Write us a short email and let us know exactly what happened (bookings@primetours.at). After that, you can simply book the tour again whenever it suits you.

### Do you also offer private tours?

Yes, of course. Our private tours start at €360 per group for 2 hours with your own guide. Simply contact us and we tailor your private tour!

### How much should I tip the guide?

It always depends on how happy you are after the tour. We recommend around €20, but there is no limit to the top!

### Can I cancel a tour or experience that I have booked? Are there any fees?

Please check your booking confirmation for the cancellation policy.

### Free Walking Tours

### What top sights are we going to see on the Vienna 1900 tour?

The following sights are included in your tour: Albertina Square with the Albertina Museum, Karlsplatz square with Karlskirche, the Naschmarkt, the Secession building, Otto Wagner's Pavilions, the Academy of Fine Arts and much more.

### Can it happen that an entire free tour is cancelled?

Yes, in emergencies we may have to cancel the tour up to 4 hours before the start. In such a case, you will be notified in good time by email, so please check your emails 4 hours before the start of the tour. It can also happen that not all registered participants show up. If there are fewer than 10 guests, the local guide can decide spontaneously whether the tour is cancelled. It is therefore essential that you let us know if you need to cancel. Only then can we inform the other guests in good time.

### Is this tour really free?

You can join the tour without any admission fee. At the end of the tour you decide how much you would like to pay for it. If you are not happy with the quality provided, please give feedback to the guide after the tour has ended and tell them your concerns.

### In what languages do you offer the free tours?

Our daily tours are provided in English, Spanish and German. If you would like to be guided in any other language, you are free to book a private tour through our contact page.

### What top sights are we going to see on the classic Free Walking Tour?

The following sights are included in your tour: Albertina Square with the Albertina Museum, Burggarten, the Palace Gate, Heldenplatz square, the Schweizerhof courtyard, Josefsplatz square, the Monument against War and Fascism, Neuer Markt square with the Imperial Crypt, the Graben, Stephansplatz square, the Teutonic Order building, lovely parks, the Mozart House, St. Stephen's Cathedral (Stephansdom) and the State Opera House.

### Why am I unable to book a spot for the free tours?

You can book a spot for our free tours up to 30 days before the tour date. If your tour date is more than 30 days away, the booking slots are not open yet. Once the slots become available, you can easily and quickly book your spot on our website. Thank you for considering us for your tour.

### How can I find the guide at the meeting point for the Free Walking Tour Vienna: Schönbrunn Palace Garden?

Follow the Google Maps link. Your guide will wait for you in front of the Group Center Schönbrunn with a yellow Prime Tours umbrella.
