A tailor-made Europe trip is a multi-stop journey planned from scratch around your dates, route, interests and budget, rather than a fixed package. Prime Tours, a Vienna company founded in 2016, puts it together from your answers to a short trip planner.
Whether you are looking for inspiration, ready to start planning or want to book very soon, you can begin at the stage you are at.
How planning works
The trip planner on this page takes a few minutes and covers everything we need for a first proposal.
- Group: solo, couple, family or group, and whether children are travelling
- Route: starting and ending destination
- Dates: exact, approximate or not yet fixed, or simply your preferred month
- Trip details: what you want to see, the places not to miss and your preferred transport
- Budget and travel style: your estimated budget per person and how you like to spend on holiday

Which countries can a tailor-made Europe trip include?
A tailor-made Europe trip with Prime Tours can start or end in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Greenland, Ireland or Great Britain. If your destination is not on the list, choose Other in the trip planner and tell us where you want to go.
How can we travel between destinations?
You choose how you travel between destinations: by train, bus, rental car or with a private driver. Tell us your preference in the trip planner, and we plan the route and transport around your pace, the places you do not want to miss and the overall travel style you have in mind.
What budget do I need for a tailor-made Europe trip?
The trip planner offers budget ranges per person from 2,500 to 4,500€ up to more than 10,000€, and you can also enter your own figure. We use your budget together with your travel style to shape the proposal, so the trip reflects how you actually like to spend on holiday.
Do I need fixed travel dates to start planning?
No. You can share exact travel dates, approximate dates, or no dates at all and simply pick the month you would like to travel. You can also start while you are still looking for inspiration and ideas, and refine the plan once you are ready to book.
Can families and groups book a tailor-made Europe trip?
Yes. Tailor-made Europe trips are planned for solo travellers, couples, families of three to five and groups from three to more than ten people. Let us know if you are travelling with children and how many, so we can plan the route, pace and accommodation accordingly.
