For centuries these four cities shared one crown, and yet each celebrates Advent in its own way. Prague with its market beneath the Gothic towers of the Týn Church, Vienna with punch and waltz music, Bratislava small and warm-hearted at the foot of its castle, Budapest with steaming chimney cake and a view of the magnificent Parliament on the Danube.
The train rides are short, the longest takes about four hours. So every day leaves plenty of time to marvel, taste and enjoy.

Pick-up at the airport and transfer to your hotel. In the evening, your first walk across the market on Old Town Square, beneath the Astronomical Clock.
On a tip-based tour a guide leads you across Charles Bridge to the Lesser Town. In the afternoon you visit Prague Castle with St. Vitus Cathedral; in the evening there is a Christmas walk through the old town.
The train brings you to Vienna in about four hours. In the evening a local takes you across Spittelberg and Am Hof, with punch and stories.
Tip-based tour through the Inner City and a visit to Schönbrunn Palace. You spend the evening at Rathausplatz or at a concert, which we are happy to reserve for you.
In one hour you are in the Slovak capital. A tip-based tour leads through the old town with its bronze statues, up to the castle and, in the evening, across the Christmas market on the Main Square.
The train follows the Danube to Budapest. In the evening the market on Vörösmarty tér awaits you with handicrafts, lángos and chimney cake.
A tip-based tour connects Buda and Pest. You visit the Parliament, one of the most beautiful buildings in Europe, and in the evening taste Hungarian specialities on a market tour.
Transfer to Budapest Airport and home.

Christmas holidays. Most markets close on 23 or 24 December, and from 24 to 26 December many sights have shorter opening hours. For these days we plan your programme individually.
